What it does

Slide PRESS in a minute

Slide PRESS exports PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, PDF and image files, or whole folders, to PDF or images with precise control of quality and file size. The Office and iWork apps do the export; Slide PRESS decides how every picture is kept.

    Original, print (lossless), high (the default), a custom ppi and JPEG quality, or a target size in MB.

  • Restore originals

    Puts back the untouched source pictures where Office would re-encode them as JPEG when exporting to PDF.

  • Every format in

    PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, PDF, images and whole folders.

  • Every format out

    PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, HEIC, PPTX and text. Old PPT, PPS, POT, ODP and Keynote files convert to modern .pptx.

  • PDF extras

    Grayscale, strip metadata, an open password and page ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-.

  • Built for batches

    A queue window, an output folder and suffix, a Replace option that sends old files to the Trash, and a command-line tool.

Slide PRESS will launch as a full edition.

Input

Quality and size

  • Target sizeAsk for a file size in MB and Slide PRESS works to it.

When will Slide PRESS be available?

Soon. It does not have a public release date yet. Join the waitlist and keep Slide PRESS selected to hear first.

What do I need to use it?

A Mac, and the Microsoft Office or iWork app that matches each document type you export. Those apps do the actual export.

Will there be a free BASIC edition?

We have not decided yet. The waitlist is the best place to hear about it.
